I kind of hate laundry.
So much so, I put off doing it.
You know. Till necessary.
And then, I regret that decision when I have mounds and mounds of laundry to fold. And then put away. Sigh.
Let’s commiserate. What’s your most dreaded chore?

I love almost every chore. But the one I extremely dislike is mopping floors. Especially when its time to scrub them on my hands and knees. I actually love laundry:)

Cleaning out the litter box! Ick!
Oh I'm so with you on laundry! We should start an I Hate Laundry club!
Well, I'll just admit that clothes live on my bedroom floor.
I don't mind laundry but OHHH I do not like unloading the dishwasher. Annoys me SO MUCH! I should just wash my dishes by hand so I never have to unload it…
Hmmmm, I was raised with the mindset that an iron's best use is as a door stop. Does that give you an idea of my most dreaded chore? 🙂 When I iron, I always manage to add wrinkles rather than smooth them out. Sigh. I don't mind laundry that much. Ironing and dusting, though…well that's another story. 🙂
I'm not a fan of dusting. There are times you could write your name on my living room furniture. I figure that's kinda helpful since I'm a writer. Never know when I'll be lounging in my comfy armchair in front of the pellet stove, get an idea, and have no pen or paper in sight. Voila! I could just jot it in the dust atop the coffee table. =)
Me too, Keli! In fact, NOW is one of those times when I can write names in the dust in my house. I haven't tried writing book ideas in it yet, though. Hmmmm…..
You'd be shocked at how much laundry we have in our house. Seriously. I've thought about taking a picture when it gets to that "this can no longer wait" moment, when I have five baskets pushed up against the wall in the laundry room and the piles are OVER MY HEAD. It's insane to think we have so many pieces of clothing in this house. My boys literally go through 20 pairs of underwear in one week (still working on potty-training one of them). I try to keep it up, but if I let it go for a few days, it gets the better of me. Thankfully my girls are coming into the stage where they help fold it and put it away.
I hate anything that comes after "time to get up".
