Like I said on Monday in my Pale Girl’s Guide to Surviving at the Beach, my husband and I went to San Diego for a week at the end of August. It was so much fun…we relaxed, slept, read, hit the beach (a lot!), and went to SeaWorld! Here are just some of the pictures from our trip!

And I can't believe the shark pics didn't turn out! Waaah! That's okay, I'm bringing jaws and my portable DVD player next week. Guess what we're watching while eating cookies? 😉 Bahahahahaha!

Loved the photos. FUN! Um, I did not take a big vacation this summer. I wrote. And edited. And wrote. And edited. Haha…but I DID get to spend a fun weekend up in Minnesota with a certain group of writing friends… 🙂
I'm sorry you've been stuck at home, but at least you have a fun trip to look forward to NEXT WEEK! Can't believe it's so soon!
"Vacation fatties"? My husband is all "hey look, celery, my favourite!"
Which would have gotten him beaten senseless on the wee trip my mom and I took in June.

Mom and I went on a dream vacation and it sorta was a 12 day Mediterranean cruise. With a balcony and a sunset view every night. I am spoiled forever.
I'm glad you don't adhere to your husband's vacation eating tendencies. What fun is a vacation without dessert????

Love, love, love all your pictures!! We always eat junky when we're on vacation. It's part of the fun! We camped on Lake Michigan this year. It's so beautiful and relaxing. Wish I could go back right now!
