My husband and I joined a gym several years ago. But in the last few years, we’ve been a bit…um, lazy busy.
So we recently signed up for personal training.
And can I just say, I’ve never been so sore in my life! But it’s a good soreness, you know?
We’ve been doing a lot of weight lifting, and then for cardio I alternate between the elliptical, stationary bike, and zumba. Zumba is my favorite, but the class times aren’t the most convenient.
So…what about you? What’s your favorite cardio exercise? And when you’re weight lifting, what’s your favorite thing to do?

I love Zumba!
I do the group classes at the YMCA. They're a lot of fun, and I can do them before work.
Kudos to you on your commitment to health, Lindsay. I hope your personal training sessions get a little easier as you get used to them.
I'd like to try a Zumba class sometime, but for now I just work out at home. I love hiking but the weather here is all wacky so I haven't had much of a chance this year.
I do Zumba on Monday and Thursdays, and try to walk/jog the other days of the week. Now that it's warm! I just walked/jogged about two miles. It feels good!!
I've been doing a combination of running, yoga, or DVD's of kick-boxing or ballet. It's really, really nice to feel everything toning up!
