I know “What Do I Know of Holy?” by Addison Road isn’t a new song by any means…but it gets me. Every. Time.
Just the whole idea that I think I know so much…and I don’t.

I absolutely love this song – every time I hear it I get choked up. And Jenny (the lead singer) has her first solo album coming out next week so I can't wait to hear what's she doing now.

I love this song! I was just listening to Piper last night and he was talking about how we lose the sacred meaning of holy and all it means b/c we've used it as such slang: holy cow, holy buckets, holy moly etc… When I listen to this song it really makes tremble at how amazing and HOLY God is and I really know nothing.
I only get to listen to music at church on Sunday and in little snippets while I'm driving in the car…that is, if my children aren't demanding attention, or we're not having a conversation. I wish I could listen to more, because I love it! The song in my heart this week, and the song that's often in my heart, is Amazing Grace.
Beautiful, Lindsay. "One Thing Remains" sung by Christian Stanphil has been on my heart. It says how God's love never gives up and never runs out on us. When all is said and done, it remains. 😉
Oh, Lindsay, I LOVE that song, too! Profound truths accompanied with beautiful melody lines. Ahhh… The song on my heart this week is from The Story called, "How Love Wins" sung by Steven Curtis Chapman. The lyrics come from the perspective of the thief on the cross who asks Jesus to remember Him. The regret that he cannot carry His Savior home, but has to rely on Jesus to carry him. That "how love wins." AMAZING song!
